The ₹500 payment is the applicable initial booking and service coordination fee for initiating the requested legal assistance.

What is Included:

• Initial service request processing
• Collection of basic case information
• Preliminary service coordination
• Coordination with an appropriate legal professional, subject to availability
• Communication regarding the next steps
• Assistance in initiating the requested legal service

Additional Charges:

The ₹500 payment is not necessarily the total cost of the legal matter. Depending on the requirements of the case, additional charges may apply for:

• Advocate/professional fees
• Court appearances
• Legal drafting and documentation
• Court or government fees
• Notary and affidavit services
• Travel or local conveyance
• Certified copies or other official charges
• Urgent or specialised services
• Outstation matters
• Multiple hearings or appearances
• Other services requested by the customer

Additional charges may vary depending on the nature, complexity, location, applicable court or authority, professional requirements and scope of work. Applicable additional charges will be communicated to the customer before proceeding with such additional services, wherever reasonably practicable.

• Payment of ₹500 confirms the applicable initial booking/service coordination fee only.
• Payment does not guarantee a particular advocate, legal outcome, court decision or successful resolution of a matter.
• Advocate/professional availability is subject to confirmation.
• Additional professional or service charges may apply where required.
• The customer must provide accurate and complete information and documents.
• Any additional service will be subject to applicable terms, professional availability and applicable charges.
• Booking a service does not by itself guarantee representation in court or create an advocate-client relationship unless separately accepted or engaged as applicable.

Cancellation & Refund:

Cancellation and refund of the ₹500 booking/service fee will be governed by the applicable RadhaPrem Legal Service Cancellation and Refund Policy.
