Offer Price: ₹400
The ₹400 payment is the applicable initial booking and service coordination fee for initiating the requested District Court legal assistance.

Applicable additional charges may vary according to the nature, complexity, location, court, professional requirements and scope of work. Such charges will be communicated before proceeding with additional services, wherever reasonably practicable.

This service is intended for legal assistance relating to District and Lower Courts.
The exact court, jurisdiction, advocate availability and professional requirements will depend on the customer’s legal matter and location.

Service Scope
This product provides initial District Court legal assistance and lawyer coordination.
If the matter requires extensive drafting, litigation management, repeated court appearances, specialised representation, urgent proceedings, outstation work or any other service beyond the standard scope, additional professional charges may apply.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund of the ₹400 booking/service fee will be governed by the applicable RadhaPrem Legal Service Cancellation and Refund Policy.
