Additional Professional and Court Charges
Additional charges may apply, depending on the matter and the services required, for:
- Advocate-on-Record (AOR) or other professional fees
- Case assessment and detailed legal consultation
- Special Leave Petition (SLP) preparation
- Petition, appeal or application drafting
- Affidavits and supporting documentation
- Filing and procedural assistance
- Court fees and other official charges
- Printing, copying and document preparation
- Court appearances and hearings
- Travel and outstation expenses
- Urgent work or specialised legal services
- Other work outside the purchased package
Applicable additional charges will be communicated before proceeding with additional services, wherever reasonably practicable.
Supreme Court Representation
- Supreme Court proceedings are subject to applicable procedural rules, jurisdictional requirements and professional eligibility. Representation and filing must be handled by appropriately qualified and authorised legal professionals, including an Advocate-on-Record where required by Supreme Court rules.
- Payment for this product does not automatically appoint an advocate, establish a complete professional engagement or authorise the filing of a case.
- Any professional engagement or representation will be subject to separate acceptance, agreed scope of work and applicable charges.

- The customer is responsible for promptly sharing relevant orders, deadlines and procedural information.
- Any service beyond the agreed package may require a separate quotation and payment.
- All services are subject to applicable laws, professional requirements and the RadhaPrem Legal Service Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Cancellation and refund requests for the RPL service fee will be handled according to the applicable RadhaPrem Legal Service Cancellation & Refund Policy and the stage of service completion. Any separate payment made to an advocate or third-party provider will be governed by the applicable engagement terms.
