- Payment for RPL assistance does not automatically include the cost of the physical HSRP plate or installation.

- Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and genuine supporting documents.
- RPL does not guarantee a particular appointment date, installation location or processing time.
- RPL service fees and authorised-provider charges may be subject to different cancellation and refund conditions.
- Any additional services outside the purchased package may attract separate charges.
- Customers should use the authorised HSRP booking channel applicable to their vehicle and registration jurisdiction.
- All services are subject to applicable laws, provider requirements and the RadhaPrem Legal Service Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund requests for the RPL assistance fee will be governed by the applicable RadhaPrem Legal Service Cancellation & Refund Policy. Any amount paid directly to an authorised HSRP provider will be subject to that provider’s applicable terms.
