The ₹100 payment covers the basic form-filling service for one application request, subject to the applicable service scope. The exact work included will depend on the type of application and its requirements.

– Scanning, printing, photocopying or physical delivery
– Complex applications requiring additional work
– Multiple or separate application requests

Applicable additional charges will be communicated before proceeding with additional services, wherever reasonably practicable.

1. The ₹100 fee applies to one basic application request within the agreed service scope.
2. Separate applications or unrelated requests may require separate payments.
3. Government, examination, statutory and third-party charges are additional wherever applicable.
4. Customers must provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
5. The customer is responsible for checking eligibility and ensuring that the information provided is correct.
6. Application submission does not guarantee approval, certificate issuance, job selection, admission, financial assistance or any other outcome.
7. Processing times and final decisions are controlled by the relevant department, institution or authority.
8. Corrections, resubmissions and additional work may attract separate charges.
9. Customers must review important application details before final submission wherever the process permits.
10. Services are subject to applicable laws, portal rules and the RadhaPrem Legal Service Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Privacy & Customer Responsibility

Customers should share only the information and documents necessary for their selected service. Sensitive information must be handled securely, and passwords, OTPs or other authentication credentials should not be shared unnecessarily.

RadhaPrem Legal Service will provide assistance according to the agreed service scope and applicable requirements.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled according to the applicable RadhaPrem Legal Service Cancellation & Refund Policy and the stage of service completion.
