Any applicable additional charges will be communicated before proceeding with additional services, wherever reasonably practicable.

GST Registration Approval

GST registration and issuance of GSTIN are subject to the applicable law, document verification, jurisdictional requirements and approval of the competent government authority.

Payment of the service fee does not guarantee:

• Approval of GST Registration

• Issuance of GSTIN

• A specific approval time

• Acceptance of any particular business structure or document

• Waiver of any government requirement

The final decision regarding registration remains with the competent government authority.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate, complete and valid information and documents required for the application.

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing correct PAN and identity details

• Providing valid business and address information

• Providing required bank and other supporting documents, where applicable

• Ensuring that submitted information is genuine and accurate

• Responding promptly to requests for additional information or clarification

• Maintaining GST compliance after registration

Important Terms

• ₹1,500 is the applicable professional service fee for standard GST Registration assistance.

• Government/statutory and additional service charges, where applicable, are separate.

• GSTIN issuance is subject to government verification and approval.

• The service fee does not include ongoing GST return filing or regular GST compliance unless specifically mentioned in the purchased service.

• Additional work outside the standard registration process may be charged separately.

• Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the customer may affect the application.

Service Scope

This product is intended for standard GST Registration assistance. If the customer’s requirement involves a complex registration, multiple business locations, special category registration, departmental notice, amendment, cancellation, revocation, litigation or other specialised GST matter, a separate service and fee may apply.
